• <br />Council MembeFallup introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09 -91 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />AGREEMENT FOR UPDATE OF OFFICIAL CONTROLS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has received a Community Conservation Assistance <br />Grant from the Minnesota Department of Natural resources' (DNR) Metro Greenways <br />Program; and <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of the matching grant program is to assist local governments <br />with the integration of natural resources information and data into local development <br />and conservation plans and policy decisions, and <br />WHEREAS, Bonestroo Inc., has submitted a proposal to assist the City with the <br />preparation of ordinances and policies to address environmentally sensitive areas, <br />storm water management, integrated tree preservation and landscaping requirements, <br />planned unit development (PUD), low impact development (LID) and conservation <br />subdivision design. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA hereby approves the agreement with Bonestroo Inc., in the <br />not to exceed amount of $55,000 and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute <br />such agreement on behalf of the City. <br />u i -nne Bartell, Cit Cler <br />n J. ison, ayor <br />Motion was tabled by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of October, 2009. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />MembeP Donnell td upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Gallup, O'Donnell, Reinert, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
