• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member Roese <br />moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09-100 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 2 (FINAL) AND <br />COMPENSATING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1, 2009 SEALCOAT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted April 27, 2009, awarding <br />the contract for 2009 Sealcoat Project to Allied Blacktop, Inc.; <br />WHEREAS, a complete breakdown is detailed in Payment No. 2 (Final) and <br />Compensating Change Order No. 1; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Payment Request No. 2 (Final) and Compensating Change Order No. 1 is <br />approved for a final contract amount of $135,434.00. <br />Juli.
