• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09-101 <br />APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 AND PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 1, <br />2009 SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted August 24, 2009, awarding <br />the contract for 2009 Surface Water Management Project to Penn Contracting, Inc.; <br />WHEREAS, a complete breakdown is detailed in Payment No.1 and Change Order No. 1; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Change Order No. 1 and Payment Request No. 1 and are approved for a fmal <br />contract amount of $99,440.00. <br />e Bartell, City lerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of November, 2009. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Roeser and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Reinert, Roeser, O'Donnell, Gallup, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
