Advise the CITY as to the necessity of the CITY providing or obtaining from others data <br />or services pertinent to the Project and assist the CITY with obtaining such data and <br />services. <br />C. Identify and analyze requirements of governmental authorities having jurisdiction to <br />approve the design of the Project and participate in consultations with such authorities. <br />D. Provide analysis of the CITY'S needs, planning surveys, site evaluations, and <br />comparative studies of prospective sites and solutions. <br />E. Provide a general economic analysis of the CITY'S requirements applicable to various <br />alternatives. <br />F. Prepare Feasibility Reports in sufficient detail to determine if the areas within the Project <br />are cost - effective and feasible. The Reports will consist of exhibits and schematic <br />layouts, conceptual design criteria, preliminary estimate of Project cost, and identification <br />of typical financial impact to benefiting properties /users, conclusions, and <br />recommendations. <br />G. Furnish 10 copies of each final Feasibility Report to the CITY. A meeting will be held <br />with CITY staff to review the Feasibility Reports. <br />• H. Assist with presentation of the Feasibility Reports to the City Council. Present the <br />information at the public hearing for the Project. <br />I. Services include up to a total of three meetings and/or public presentations with the <br />CITY'S representatives. <br />III. ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />If authorized by the CITY, furnish or obtain from others Additional Services of the types listed <br />below which are not considered as normal or customary services. Additional Services shall be <br />compensated for on an Hourly Rate basis as defined in our General Agreement, Article 3, a part <br />hereof, and such compensation shall be over and above any maximums or Lump Sum amounts <br />set forth in this Authorization. <br />A. Obtain detailed topographic surveys and prepare detailed topographic base maps of the <br />sites for design purposes. <br />B. Registered land or right -of -way surveys, property surveys or locating property corners; <br />right -of -way mapping; plats; legal descriptions; land appraisals, negotiations, and/or <br />related services. <br />C. Investigations of existing conditions or facilities or to make measured drawings thereof, <br />or to verify the accuracy of drawings or other information furnished by the CITY. <br />
