Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />-btoltz <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09 -04 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 5 <br />LEGACY AT WOODS EDGE PHASE 2 — STREETLIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted April 24, 2006, awarding <br />the construction contract for the Legacy at Woods Edge Phase 1 — Streetlighting <br />Improvements to W.H. Response, and <br />WHEREAS, W.H. Response was required to perform additional work required to <br />mobilize and install Tight poles on the Lake Drive bridge over 35W due to anchor bolt <br />pattern changes installed under Lake Drive contract by Lunda Construction Co. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA that: <br />1. Change Order No.5 in the amount of $2,625.31 is hereby approved. <br />• <br />Bartell, Cit C <br />John . Ber. won, / ayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of January, 2009. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Stoltz, Gallup, Bergeson (absent - O'Donnell, Reinert) <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />
