Response. <br />Change Order No. 5 is to compensate W.H. Response for additional work required to <br />mobilize and install light poles on the Lake Drive bridge over 35W due to anchor bolt <br />pattern changes installed under Lake Drive contract by Lunda Construction Co. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff is recommending the adoption of Resolution No. 09 -04, Approving Change Order <br />No.5 in the amount of $2,625.31. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
