• Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09 -07 <br />WHEREAS; The City of Lino Lakes has entered into agreement with Anoka <br />County over the years to cooperatively work on Solid Waste abatement and <br />Recycling, <br />AND WHEREAS; Anoka County receives funding from the Solid Waste <br />management Coordinating Board and the State of Minnesota in the form of <br />"SCORE" funds, <br />AND WHEREAS; The County wishes to assist Municipalities in meeting <br />recycling goals established by the Anoka County Board of Commissioners by <br />providing SCORE funds to Cities in the County for solid waste recycling <br />programs' <br />AND WHEREAS; The City of Lino Lakes is eligible to receive $39,790.00 for <br />fiscal year 2009 in SCORE funds, <br />AND WHEREAS; Anoka County Agreement No. 2008 -0313 provides for the <br />cooperative effort between Anoka County and the City of Lino Lakes, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1.
