STAFF ORIGINATOR: <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MEETING DATE: <br />TOPIC: <br />BACKGROUND: <br />AGENDA ITEM 6B <br />Marty Asleson <br />January 26, 2009 <br />Consideration of Resolution No. 09 -07, <br />Approving Anoka County Agreement for <br />Residential Recycling Program <br />The City of Lino Lakes receives SCORE funds each year from Anoka County. <br />The SCORE funds are used to fund solid waste recycling programs. Cities using <br />SCORE funds allocated from Anoka County are required to enter into a <br />cooperative agreement with the County. Under the terms of the agreement the <br />City is eligible to receive reimbursement upto an amount of $39,790.00. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve Resolution No. 09 -07, Approving Anoka County Contract No. <br />2008 -0313, Agreement For Residential Recycling Program. <br />2.
