• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member Stoltz introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09 -12 <br />APPROVING RENEWAL OF A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT <br />FOR CENTENNIAL YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION (CYHA) <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council has received a request from CYHA to approve <br />renewal of their lawful gambling premises permit to conduct gambling at Miller's on Mail <br />and Trapper's Bar & Grill; and <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Gambling Control Board requires CYHA to submit a <br />resolution from the City Council approving the premises permit application; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has conducted the required background <br />investigation; and <br />WHEREAS, CYHA is in compliance with Chapter 611 of the Lino Lakes City Code <br />relating to Lawful Gambling; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the City Council hereby approves the renewal of a premises permit for the <br />Centennial Youth Hockey Association to conduct lawful gambling at Miller's on Main, <br />8001 Main Street, and Trapper's Bar & Grill, 6810 Lake Drive, Lino Lakes, Minnesota. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of February 2009. <br />ne Bartell, Cit, Cle <br />The motiop for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member° Donnell <br />-and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Stoltz, O'Donnell, Gallup, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (Absent - Reinert) <br />
