The 1200 ft. driveway comprises several parcels and easements under <br />different ownerships. This driveway serves as a good dividing line between the <br />Stage 1 A (2009 -2015) <br />This request followed <br />request for 797 Main St. to <br />be guided as Mixed Use to <br />allow for home business <br />computer service and sales. <br />Stage 1 (1998 -2010) <br />single family home on site <br />residential neighborhood and future commercial /mixed uses. <br />• Existing GB zoning conflicts with existing comp plan and makes houses nonconforming. <br />• Recommend: Guide as Low Density Residential as proposed <br />• Recommend: Rezone site to R -1 Residential like the rest of the neighborhood. <br />• Recommend: Revise home occupation requirements in zoning ordinance. This would <br />occur with amendments of ordinances to implement new comp plan.
