Also would require running utilities down Joyer Lane to lot <br />Stages 1 & 2 (2009 -2030) <br />Low Density Residential <br />staging area. <br />Residential <br />single family home on site <br />boundary. The site would accommodate three lots, or maybe four with a small interior <br />cul de sac and removal of existing house.
