Council Membero'Donneuintroduced the following resolution and moved its <br />• adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION 09 -33 <br />APPROVING ISSUANCE OF AN ANNUAL PERMIT ALLOWING THE SALE OF <br />CONSUMER FIREWORKS <br />AT SUPER TARGET, 749 APOLLO DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application from Target Corporation requesting <br />permission to sell consumer fireworks at the Super Target store at 749 Apollo Drive in <br />the City of Lino Lakes; and <br />WHEREAS, the city has conducted a background investigation of the applicants, and <br />WHEREAS, the fire inspector has reviewed the application and finds the request to be <br />in compliance with applicable fire codes and fire prevention regulations; <br />WHEREAS, Target has paid the required license fees and is in compliance with city <br />ordinance; <br />Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br />That the City Council hereby approves an annual permit for sale of consumer <br />fireworks for the Super Target Store at 749 Apollo Drive, effective upon the date of <br />passage of this resolution. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of May, 2009. <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />The motion for the adoption <br />Member Gallup and upon <br />thereof: O'Donnell, Gallup <br />of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />Bogy - (Absent Stoltz, Reinert) <br />
