• <br />• <br />Council Member RP; nPrtintroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09-38 <br />APPROVING PLANS & SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT WITHIN MUNICIPAL <br />CORPORATE LIMITSANOKA COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY (CSAH) 14/ I -35E <br />INTERCHANGE S.P. 02- 614 -28 <br />WHEREAS, plans for Project No. SP 02- 614 -28 showing proposed alignment, <br />profiles, grades and cross - sections for the construction, reconstruction or improvement of <br />the County State -Aid Highway No. 14/ Interstate 35E Interchange within the limits of the <br />City as a Federal Aid Project have been prepared and presented to the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: that said plans be in all things approved and the City <br />Engineer is hereby authorized to sign the construction plans on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22th day of June, 2009. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />MemberGa 11 up and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Reinert, Gallup, O'Donnell, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (Absent - Stoltz)O <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
