Council Member Stoltz introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption. <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09 -45 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE 2009 SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to perform cleaning and repair activities on the City storm <br />sewer system, and <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to finance the project using the 2009 budget of $125,000.00 <br />allocated for Surface Water Management. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City Engineer is designated as the engineer for this improvement and he is directed <br />to prepare plans and specifications for the 2009 Surface Water Management Project <br />and shall be paid by the hour in an amount not to exceed $12,500.00. <br />Ju ianpie Bartell, Cfty Clerk <br />/ l <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of July 2009. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Reinertand upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Stoltz, Reinert, O'Donnell, Gallup, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
