Council Member o' Donnell::. introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 -16 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, TO ALLOW THE <br />PLACEMENT OF GREATER THAN 1,000 CUBIC YARDS OF FILL IN THE <br />FLOODPLAIN AT THE CHOMONIX GOLF COURSE, ANOKA COUNTY <br />PARKS <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County Parks has submitted a request to the City to grant a <br />conditional use permit to allow the placement of greater than 1,000 cubic yards of <br />fill in the floodplain and, <br />WHEREAS, the property is at the Chomonix Golf Course within the Anoka <br />County Chain of Lakes Regional Park and, <br />WHEREAS, the City's review is based on the site plan received January 6, 2010 <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board held a public hearing on the <br />application on February 10, 2010 and recommended approval and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes finds that, with the <br />conditions of approval included in this resolution, the following findings of fact <br />apply as required by the following: <br />City Code sections § 1103.04 ADMINISTRATION. (8), § 1103.07 STANDARDS <br />FOR FLOOD PLAIN OVERLAY DISTRICT USES., and § 1103.06 FLOOD <br />PLAIN OVERLAY DISTRICT USES. <br />Zoning Ordinance Sections <br />Section 2 Subdivision 2.B.7 and Section 3 Subdivision 12.
