• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member popspr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 -23 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 20 <br />LAKE DRIVE /I35W IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the City Council adopted May 14, 2007, the <br />City awarded the construction contract for the Lake Drive /I -35W Improvement Project to <br />Lunda Construction Company; and <br />WHEREAS, the project engineer has determined that the coarse aggregate for for <br />ready -mix concrete used for the Bridge No. 02817 north approach panel failed to meet <br />gradation requirements; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mn /DOT Concrete Office, has recommened that the deficient material <br />be allowed to remain in place at a reduced price. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1.
