• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member popspr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 -23 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 20 <br />LAKE DRIVE /I35W IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the City Council adopted May 14, 2007, the <br />City awarded the construction contract for the Lake Drive /I -35W Improvement Project to <br />Lunda Construction Company; and <br />WHEREAS, the project engineer has determined that the coarse aggregate for for <br />ready -mix concrete used for the Bridge No. 02817 north approach panel failed to meet <br />gradation requirements; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mn /DOT Concrete Office, has recommened that the deficient material <br />be allowed to remain in place at a reduced price. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Change Order No.20, is hereby a <br />u ian e Bartell, City ler <br />duct amount <br />f $165.00 <br />Jeff Rei - rt, Mayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of March, 2010. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Gallup and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Roeser, Gallup, ODonnell, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
