• <br />Council MemberGallup introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 -5 3 <br />APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF AN ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE <br />WITH SUNDAY SALES FOR RED OAK STEAKS AND WINE. <br />Whereas, the licensing period for liquor, wine, beer and dance licenses in the City of <br />Lino Lakes is one year, commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 the following <br />year; <br />Whereas, the City Council is required to approve the renewal of liquor and wine <br />licenses, in some cases, prior to State issuance of a license; <br />Whereas, City staff has reviewed the renewal application submitted for Red Oak Steaks <br />& Wine at 566 Lilac Street and has verified that local licensing regulations are met; <br />Whereas, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted the required background <br />investigations; <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />• <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the annual renewal of an on -sale intoxicating <br />liquor license with Sunday sales for Red Oak Steaks & Wine, with said approval <br />contingent upon applicants meeting all city and state requirements for said licenses. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this f - -, 2010. <br />Jeff Rein rt, Mayor <br />Jul' _ nne Bartell City Clerk <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />MemberRaffertyand upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Gallup, Rafferty, Roeser, O'Donnell, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />
