The council <br />considered requests for renewal of most of the city's liquor licenses at the June 14, <br />2010 council meeting. At that time, the application for Red Oak Steaks & Wine was not <br />complete. <br />The application submitted to the City is now complete, the related fees have been paid <br />and insurance information provided to the City as required. In addition, the Lino Lakes <br />Police Department is conducting the required background investigation on the applicant <br />and is not recommending denial of the license. <br />In accordance with the Lino Lakes Code of Ordinances, Section 701 relating to Liquor <br />Licensing, this renewal application requires approval by the City Council. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1.
