• <br />Council Member Roeser <br />moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 -56 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE 2010 SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to perform cleaning and repair activities on the City storm <br />sewer system, and <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to finance the project using the 2010 budget of $125,000.00 <br />allocated for Surface Water Management. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City Engineer is designated as the engineer for this improvement and he is directed <br />to prepare plans and specifications for the 2010 Surface Water Management Project <br />and shall be paid by the hour in an amount not to exceed $12,500.00. <br />nne Bartell, ity 61erk <br />Jeff Rein: rt, Tayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of June 2010. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member O' Donnell and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, O'Donnell, Rafferty, Gallup, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
