• <br />Council Member Gallup introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 -83 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PEDDLERS LICENSE <br />WHEREAS, Skycom, Inc., has submitted a peddlers license application to the <br />city clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Skycom, Inc. has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 <br />of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a for - profit <br />business; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background <br />check on the company representative that would be working in Lino Lakes, Mr. <br />David Rasmussen; <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, by order of the Lino Lakes City Council, Mr. David <br />Rasmussen, an employee of Skycom, Inc., is hereby authorized to vend for a <br />period of six - months beginning September 28, 2010 and ending March 28, 2011, <br />subject to all conditions and provisions of the Lino Lakes City Code. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of September, <br />2010. <br />• <br />ATTEST: <br />Julian Bartell, Cit Cle <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council MemberRafferty and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />Gallup, Rafferty, Roeser, O'Donnell, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />
