• <br />Council Member Raffertlintroduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 -94 <br />LOCAL APPROVAL OF A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT <br />FOR THE DEAD BROKE SADDLE CLUB <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council has received a request from the Dead Broke <br />Saddle Club for a lawful gambling premises permit to conduct gambling (pull tabs and <br />occasional bingo) at American Legion Post 566; and <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Gambling Control Board requires the Dead Broke Saddle <br />Club to submit a resolution of the City Council approving the premises permit <br />application; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has conducted the required background <br />investigation; and <br />WHEREAS, the Dead Broke Saddle Club is in compliance with Chapter 611 of the Lino <br />Lakes City Code relating to Lawful Gambling; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the City Council hereby approves the renewal of a premises permit for the <br />Dead Broke Saddle Club to conduct lawful gambling at American Legion <br />Post 566, 7731 Lake Drive, Lino Lakes, Minnesota. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this <br />Julia ne Bartell, ty C r <br />er 2010. <br />Jeff Rein_ , ayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Gallup and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Rafferty, Gallup, O'Donnell, Roeser, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />
