• <br />• <br />• <br />February 11, 2008 <br />City of Lino Lakes <br />640 Town Center Parkway <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota 55014 <br />To Whom It May Concern, <br />Please review the attached petition for stoplight/stop sign placement at the corner of Ware Road <br />and Birch Street within Lino Lakes, Minnesota. <br />Due to numerous traffic safety concerns expressed from our clientele, neighbors and commuting <br />traffic, Lino Lakes Quik Stop has posted a petition requesting signatures from all individuals that <br />felt that a stoplight/stop sign at the corner of Birch Street and Ware Road was necessary. <br />The traffic volume has increased and has made this intersection extremely dangerous. There <br />have been several accidents and many "close calls" in this intersection in the past few years. <br />There is much concern regarding traffic volume, lack of intersection control and pedestrian <br />traffic. <br />This is a serious matter and would appreciate your prompt attention.
