• <br />Council Member °'Donnel1ntroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08 -63 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PEDDLER LICENSE <br />WHEREAS, Michael Heidersheid Construction, Inc., has submitted a peddler's license <br />application to the city clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Michael Heidersheid Construction, Inc. has complied with all of the <br />provisions of Ordinance No. 01 -89 of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the <br />necessary license for a for - profit business; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background check on <br />all company representatives who would be soliciting in the city; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Be it Resolved by the City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br />Michael Heidersheid Construction, Inc. is hereby authorized to solicit construction <br />services door to door for a period of six - months beginning June 9, 2008 subject to all <br />conditions and provisions of said ordinance. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of June, 2008. <br />ATTEST: <br />n J erge "on, Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Stoltz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Stoltz, Reinert, Gallup, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
