Council Member (p introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 08 -95 ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM THE STATE OF MINNESOTA PARCEL 15, CITY OF LINO LAKES R/W PLAT NO. 1 WHEREAS, the City, in 1992, authorized the acquisition of certain real property for the purpose of constructing public street and utility improvements; and WHEREAS, the City acquired a permanent easement over property owned by the State of Minnesota legally described to wit: Parcel 15, City of Lino Lakes R/W Plat No. 15 ; and WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is in the best interests of the State of Minnesota and the City of Lino Lakes for the State to convey its interest to said parcel to the City. • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: • 1. That the City hereby accepts the conveyance of Parcel 15 City of Lino Lakes R/W Plat No. 15 from the State of Minnesota.
