Council Member (p introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08 -95 <br />ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM <br />THE STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />PARCEL 15, CITY OF LINO LAKES R/W PLAT NO. 1 <br />WHEREAS, the City, in 1992, authorized the acquisition of certain real property for the <br />purpose of constructing public street and utility improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, the City acquired a permanent easement over property owned by the State <br />of Minnesota legally described to wit: <br />Parcel 15, City of Lino Lakes R/W Plat No. 15 <br />; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is in the best interests of the State of <br />Minnesota and the City of Lino Lakes for the State to convey its interest to said parcel <br />to the City. <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />• <br />1. That the City hereby accepts the conveyance of Parcel 15 City of Lino Lakes R/W <br />Plat No. 15 from the State of Minnesota. <br />Julian e Bartell, City ler <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 25th day of August, 2008. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member % lfz_ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Ga((mac.(p, a-h Ifz, D`Dawn -W , -Revt 7sa„ <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
