• <br />• <br />ATTACHMENT A, RESOLUTION 08 -100 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 12 -08 <br />AN ORDINANCE relating to criminal history background for applicants for <br />City employment and City licenses. <br />Section 207.08 of the Lino Lakes City Code is repealed and replaced with a new <br />Section 207.08 containing the following provisions: <br />a) Establishes purpose and intent of City regulations for employment and <br />license background checks; <br />b) Authorizes the Lino Lakes Police Department to perform employment and <br />license background investigations through the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal <br />Apprehension with legal consent from the applicant; establishes rejection criteria and <br />rejection notification process; <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council on September 8, 2008. <br />This is a summary of the adopted ordinance. A full printed copy of the ordinance is <br />available at City Hall. <br />
