• <br />Council Member Gallup introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08-116 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 2 (FINAL) AND <br />COMPENSATING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1, CSAH 14/8 LANDSCAPING <br />PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted September 10, 2007, <br />awarding the contract for CSAH 14/8 Median Landscaping project to Peterson <br />Companies, Inc.; <br />WHEREAS, a complete breakdown is detailed in Payment No. 2 (Final) and <br />Compensating Change Order No. 1; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Payment Request No. 2 (Final) and Compensating Change Order No. 1 is <br />approved for a final contract amount of $58,969.30. <br />Juli <br />e Bartell, City Cle <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of October, 2008. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Stoltz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Gallup, Stoltz, Reinert, O'Donnell, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
