• Council Member Gallup <br />adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08 -132 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PERMANENT EASEMENTS FOR DRAINAGE AND <br />UTILITY PURPOSES ON LOT 4, BLOCK 2 OF PHEASANT HILLS PRESERVE 5111 <br />ADDTIION. (1414 SHERMAN LAKE ROAD). <br />WHEREAS, the City has administravely approved the adjustment of the south lot line; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City requires five feet of drainage and utility easement along the side <br />property line of each platted lot; and <br />WHEREAS, a condition of approval of the Minor Subdivision required that the property <br />owner grant drainage and utility easement to fulfill the five foot requirement; and <br />WHEREAS, James and Dawn Helvig, the respective property owners, have provided <br />the City with said easements. <br />1111 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That the easement shown in Exhibit A is hereby accepted by the City of Lino Lakes <br />and the City Clerk is authorized to execute the easements on behalf of the City. <br />• <br />Julian ► e Bartell, C y Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of November, 2008. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Stoltz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Gallup, Stoltz, O'Donnell, Reinert, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
