• Council Member Gallup adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 08 -132 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PERMANENT EASEMENTS FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILITY PURPOSES ON LOT 4, BLOCK 2 OF PHEASANT HILLS PRESERVE 5111 ADDTIION. (1414 SHERMAN LAKE ROAD). WHEREAS, the City has administravely approved the adjustment of the south lot line; and WHEREAS, the City requires five feet of drainage and utility easement along the side property line of each platted lot; and WHEREAS, a condition of approval of the Minor Subdivision required that the property owner grant drainage and utility easement to fulfill the five foot requirement; and WHEREAS, James and Dawn Helvig, the respective property owners, have provided the City with said easements. 1111 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. That the easement shown in Exhibit A is hereby accepted by the City of Lino Lakes and the City Clerk is authorized to execute the easements on behalf of the City. • Julian ► e Bartell, C y Clerk Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of November, 2008. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Stoltz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Gallup, Stoltz, O'Donnell, Reinert, Bergeson The following voted against same: none Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
