• <br />AGENDA ITEM 1.F. <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Paul Bengtson <br />CC MEETING DATE: November 24, 2008 <br />TOPIC: Accepting Drainage and Utility Easement <br />1414 Sherman Lake Road <br />BACKGROUND <br />ANALYSIS <br />Staff recently approved a minor subdivision to adjust the lot lines of 1412 and 1414 Sherman <br />Lake Road (Lot 4 Block 2 and Lot 5 Block 2 Pheasant Hills Preserve 5th Addition). This was <br />requested to correct an issue created by a fence built over a property line. A condition of the <br />administrative approval required an additional easement be granted to provide five feet on either <br />side of the new property line. As a result, the applicants have submitted the attached easement <br />document. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff is recommending approval of Resolution Number 08 -132, accepting a drainage and utility <br />easement on the property addressed as 1414 Sherman Lake Road. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
