• Council Member Roeser introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 -03 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE 2011 OVERLAY PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to patch the existing street, and place a bituminous wearing course <br />over the entire surface on recommended segments, and <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to finance the project using the 2011 budget of $242,500.00 allocated <br />for street repair. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />• The City Engineer is designated as the engineer for this improvement and he is directed to <br />prepare plans and specifications for the 2011 Overlay Project. <br />Ju1iayne Bartell, Ci <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of January, 2011. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Jeff Rei' rt, 7 ayor <br />O' D_annelt <br />thereof: <br />Roeser, O'Donnell, Rafferty, Gallup, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />
