Perform Quality Assurance and Quality Control Functions (QA/QC) including: <br />a. Performing independent technical reviews and discipline coordination <br />reviews of preliminary layout (30 %), 60% plans, 95% plans, and cost <br />estimates. <br />b. Perform QA oversight to see that the QC process has been followed. <br />c. Prepare and submit responses to review comments. <br />B. PUBLIC AND AGENCY INVOLVEMENT <br />1. Assist OWNER in updating and involving the public, outside agencies, and others <br />in preparation of the Project as follows: <br />a. Provide agendas for, prepare for, lead, and provide minutes for a kick -off <br />meeting and monthly Project Management Team meetings (ten meetings <br />are included). <br />b. Prepare, print, and mail notices for public open house meetings (two <br />mailings of up to 500 are included). <br />c. Arrange for meeting location, prepare written and display materials, <br />conduct Public Open House Meetings, and summarize comments and <br />prepare responses (two meetings are included). <br />d. Prepare written and display materials and attend meetings to inform <br />council members and obtain input (two City Council Meetings are <br />included). <br />e. Provide agendas for, prepare for, lead, and provide minutes for Utility <br />Coordination meetings (two meetings are included and will be held at key <br />milestones: 30% and 95% completion). <br />f. Prepare project information for use on a project web site that can be viewed <br />and downloaded by the public. Provide information for Web site updates as <br />needed (four updates are included). <br />2 <br />
