Council Member Gallup introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 -10 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE LINO LAKES POLICE DEPARTMENT TO ENTER <br />INTO A GRANT AGREEMENT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE HIGH ENFORCEMENT OF <br />AGGRESSIVE TRAFFIC (HEAT) PROJECT. <br />Resolved by the City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br />That the Lino Lakes Police Department is authorized to enter into a grant <br />agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety, for <br />the High Enforcement of Aggressive Traffic (HEAT) project during the period from <br />October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011. <br />I ; .mil t.:. <br />) B <br />Attes : Julie rtell, City Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of January, 2011. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />MemberRoeser and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Gallup, Roeser, Rafferty, O'Donnell, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />
