• <br />• <br />Council Member Rafferty introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 -50 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES AND AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE <br />OLD OTTER LAKE SERVICE ROAD CULVERT REPLACEMENT. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the repair of the Old Otter Lake Road <br />Service Road Culvert, quotes were received, opened and tabulated according to law, <br />and the following quotes were received complying with the request: <br />Contractor Amount of Bid <br />Arnt Construction Co $ 98,254.00 <br />Penn Contracting, Inc. $ 109,670.00 <br />C.W. Houle, Inc. $ 132,836.00 <br />Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. No Quote Submitted <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br />with Arnt Construction Company, in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the repair <br />of the Old Otter Lake Road Service Road Culvert ' - = - e nt. <br />Juliar)ne Bartell, C. Clerk <br />Jeff Rein: rt, Mayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of May 2011. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Gallup and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Gallup, O'Donnell, Roeser, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
