• <br />• <br />Council Member Roeser introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 -65 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT AND CHANGE ORDER, <br />2011 STREET OVERLAY PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of 2011 Street Overlay <br />Project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, <br />WHEREAS, changes were made to the original contract as described in Change Order #1, <br />AND WHEREAS, North Valley, Inc was awarded the contract; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to approve payment #1 and change <br />order # 1 for the construction of the 2011 Street Overlay Project according to the plans and <br />specifications approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of June, 2011. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />O' Donnell and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Roeser, O'Donnell, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: none ( Absent - Gallup) <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
