• Council Member Gallup introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: COUNTY OF ANOKA CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 11 -128 AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 11 -108 ADOPTING ASSESSMENTS I -35E /CSAH 14 INTERCHANGE WHEREAS, on October 24, 2011 the City Council passed Resolution No. 11 -108 adopting special assessments for the improvement of the I -35E /CSAH 14 Interchange; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 429.061, subd. 2 the council provided for the deferral of assessments for unimproved parcels; and WHEREAS, certain real property legally described as Tract B Registered Land Survey No 240 (PIN: 24- 31- 22 -13- 0006), was included on the list of deferred properties; and WHEREAS, said property does not meet the requirements for deferment. al NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. The property legally described as Tract B Registered Land Survey No 240 (PIN: 24- 31 -22- 13 -0006) shall be stricken from the deferred assessment list. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that such assessment shall be certified to the county for payment commencing in 2012 under the terms of Resolution No. 108 adopted by the council on October 24, 2011.
