• <br />Council Member Gallup introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 -128 <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 11 -108 <br />ADOPTING ASSESSMENTS <br />I -35E /CSAH 14 INTERCHANGE <br />WHEREAS, on October 24, 2011 the City Council passed Resolution No. 11 -108 adopting special <br />assessments for the improvement of the I -35E /CSAH 14 Interchange; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 429.061, subd. 2 the council provided for the deferral of <br />assessments for unimproved parcels; and <br />WHEREAS, certain real property legally described as Tract B Registered Land Survey No 240 <br />(PIN: 24- 31- 22 -13- 0006), was included on the list of deferred properties; and <br />WHEREAS, said property does not meet the requirements for deferment. <br />al NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The property legally described as Tract B Registered Land Survey No 240 (PIN: 24- 31 -22- <br />13 -0006) shall be stricken from the deferred assessment list. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that such assessment shall be certified to the county for payment <br />commencing in 2012 under the terms of Resolution No. 108 adopted by the council on October 24, <br />2011. <br />Approved by the City Council of the Cit ino s this 12th day of December, 2012. <br />Jeff Reinert, ayor <br />ATTEST: <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Rafferty and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Gallup, Rafferty, Roeser, O'Donnell, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted <br />
