• <br />SIP <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MEETING DATE: <br />TOPIC: <br />ACTION REQUIRED: <br />BACKGROUND <br />AGENDA ITEM 6B <br />Michael Grochala <br />December 12, 2011 <br />Consideration of Resolution No. 11 -128 Amending <br />Resolution No. 11 -108 Adopting Assessment - <br />I35E/CSAH 14 Interchange <br />3/5 Vote <br />On October 24, 2011 the City Council approved resolution No. 11 -108 adopting assessments for <br />the I -35E /CSAH 14 Interchange project. The resolution provided for the deferment of <br />assessments on properties that were undeveloped in accordance with the provisions of Minn. <br />Stat. § 429.061, subd. 2. <br />Upon preparing the Certificates of Deferment staff identified one property, included on the <br />deferment list, which did not meet the eligibility requirements. Accordingly this property is <br />proposed to be removed from the list and the assessment certified to Anoka County for taxes <br />payable in 2012. The property owner has been informed of the correction. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff is recommending approval of Resolution No. 11 -128. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1. Resolution No. 11 -128 <br />
