• CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 05-03 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR MILLERS CROSSROADS 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a fmal plat, and WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, and WHEREAS, the City Council approved the rezoning of the site with Ordinance Nos. 19 -03 and 20 -03 on September 22, 2003, and WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for Millers Crossroads with Resolution 03 -142 on August 22, 2003, and WHEREAS, the City Council approved the fmal plat for the first phase, Millers Crossroads, with • Resolution 04 -24 on February 23, 2004, and WHEREAS, Resolution 03 -142 included a phasing plan for the final platting of the site with a specified number of dwelling units in each phase in accordance with the City's growth management policy and subdivision ordinance; and WHEREAS, the final plat for Millers Crossroads 2nd Addition received by the City November 30, 2004 is consistent with the preliminary plat and phasing plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Millers Crossroads2nd Addition. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council accepts the trail easement which includes the trails constructed along Birch St. and Hodgson Rd.
