MEETING DATE: January 24, 2005 <br />TOPIC: Resolution 05 -03 <br />Final Plat: Millers Crossroads 2nd Addition <br />BACKGROUND <br />The City Council approved the preliminary plat for Miller's Crossroads in September 2003. The <br />final plat for the first phase was approved by the City Council in February 2004. <br />The final plat for the 2nd Addition conforms to the approved preliminary plat. The City Engineer <br />is preparing a development agreement for the second addition. Conditions of approval have been <br />addressed. The City Attorney reviewed the title commitment. <br />This project includes a phasing plan in four phases, 2003 through 2006. Since the first phase did <br />not occur in 2003, the first two phases were combined in the first final plat. The final plat for the <br />second addition complies with the phasing plan as shown: <br />A trail easement is necessary to include the trails constructed along Birch St. and Hodgson Rd. <br />The trail easement document will be recorded with this final plat for the 2nd Addition. <br />OPTIONS <br />1.
