• <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05 -09 <br />PREMISES PERMIT RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR CENTENNIAL <br />YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION TO CONDUCT LAWFUL GAMBLING <br />AT TRAPPER'S BAR AND GRILL <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council met at its regularly scheduled meeting of <br />February 14, 2005; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department conducted a background investigation; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Centennial Youth Hockey Association is in compliance with City <br />Ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Gambling Control Board requires the application be <br />approved by the local unit of government. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby <br />approves the charitable gambling activity by the Centennial Youth Hockey Association at <br />Trapper's Bar and Grill, 6810 Lake Drive, Lino Lakes, Minnesota. <br />Approved by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th`h day of February, <br />2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann J.
