Routing: <br />Date: February 3, 2005 <br />Century Farms North 3rd Addition is the third phase of the Century Farms North residential development <br />that was started in 2003. This development site is located in the northwestern part of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />(Anoka County) and to the east of Sunset Road and to the south of Main Street. Century Farms North 3rd <br />Addition includes seven (7) multi - family units, nine (9) single family lots and nine (9) single family lots with <br />a small airplane system of hangars, pads and taxiways. <br />The proposed project work includes site grading, installation of public utilities including stormwater system, <br />•public and private roadway system, and future traillsidewalk system. The private streets will not be <br />maintained or snowplowed by the City. <br />The following Engineering Review is based on these submittals and previous engineering review comments <br />for other Century Farm North developments: <br />1. "Construction Plans for Century Farm North 3rd Addition - Utility and Street Improvements" as <br />submitted by Metro Land Surveying & Engineering, Inc. (Developer's Engineer - John C. Johnson) <br />and signed on January 10, 2005. Stamped received in Lino Lakes City Offices on January 10, 2005. <br />Full and reduced size plan sheets: Cl, U1 through U14, D1 through D3, and Ll and L2. <br />2. "Grading Plan for Century Farm North 3rd Addition" as submitted by Metro Land Surveying & <br />Engineering, Inc. (Developer's Engineer - John C. Johnson) and signed January 10, 2005. Stamped <br />received in Lino Lakes City Offices on January 10, 2005. Full and reduced size plan sheet: Gl. <br />3. Plat for "Century Farm North 3rd Addition" as submitted by Metro Land Surveying & Engineering, <br />Inc. and undated/unsigned. Stamped received in Lino Lakes City offices on January 10, 2005.
