Watermain System Items: a.) Provide to the City a copy of the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) approval permit prior to construction commencement. b.) On the construction plans, state the following: • Fire Hydrant: Waterous Pacer WB -67 • Gate Valve: RSGV - Mueller A237 -20 • Corporation Stop: Mueller H -15154 Mark II Oraseal • Curb Box: Mueller H -1300 with Minneapolis - top 1.5 MPT c.) Gate Valve Locations: • At the intersection of Robinson Drive and Century Trail, reconfigure the two (2) proposed gate valves as follows: (1) move to and along the 12" DIP on Robinson Drive (Sta. ±24 +10) and the P/L extended on Century Trail. (2) move to and along the 12" DIP on Century Trail (Sta. ±38+20) and the P/L extended of Robinson Drive. (Plan Sheet U4 and U5) • At the intersection of Robinson Drive and Shetland Lane (Private), reconfigure the two (2) proposed gate valves as follows: (1) move to and along the 12" DIP to approximately Station 20 +55 on Robinson Drive. (2) move to and along the 8" DIP so that it is between the concrete swale and the R/W on Robinson Drive or approximately Station 0 +25 on Shetland Lane. (Plan Sheet U6) • Add gate valve at connection to existing 8" DIP watermain on Clydesdale Circle at approximately Station 3 +25. (Plan Sheet U8) • At the intersection of Century Trail and Morgan Lane (Private), reconfigure the two (2) proposed gate valves as follows: (1) move to and along the 12" DIP to approximately Station 32 +90 along Century Trail. (2) move to and along the 8" DIP so that it is between the concrete swale and the R/W for Century Trail or approximately Station 10 +10 on Morgan Lane. (Plan Sheets U3 and U9)
