No. 13265 -002 <br />Routing: <br />Introduction <br />A review dated March 10, 2005 was previously provided for a proposed Planned Unit Development Project <br />t PUi) at the northwest corner of the intersection of Apollo Drive and Lilac Drive. The proposed <br />development would essentially consist of five separate buildings of varied types of use (hotel, restaurant, <br />office /retail, office /commercial) on an 8.1 acre site. <br />Since the previous review, the following additional items have been received and reviewed: <br />1- Cover letter dated March 22, 2005 from Mattke Surveying and Engineering, Inc. <br />2• Spot elevations dated March 17, 2005 for the house located immediately adjacent to the site and <br />existing pond. <br />3- Existing Drainage Calculations dated March 2, 2005. <br />4- Rate control calculations dated March 21, 2005. <br />5. Storm sewer sizing calculations dated March 21, 2005. <br />6- Full size Grading, Drainage, and Erosion Control Plan dated March 21, 2005. <br />Executive Summary <br />Following is a general summary of the main items and issues that must be addressed.
