Please find <br />enclosed the bid tabulation detail. SEH makes no representation or warranty as to the actual financial <br />viability of the contractor or its ability to complete its work. <br />Accordingly, we recommend the project be awarded to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of <br />$2,231,503.85, contingent upon the City's receipt of all permits and easements if all permits and easements <br />have not been obtained at the time of award. <br />Please call me at 651.490.2147 if you have questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />Robert L.
