Village No. 4 Final Plat <br />1111 Page 2 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05-160 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT <br />FOR VILLAGE NO. 4 <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Village No. 4 was approved with Resolution 04 -33 by the <br />City Council on March 14, 2005 with conditions, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Village No. 4 complies with City requirements and the conditions <br />of Resolution 04 -33 have been satisfied. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the final plat for Village No. 4. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of October, 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />, Deputy Cit Llerk <br />
