• <br />• <br />• <br />AGENDA ITEM 6.C.ii <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Paul Bengtson <br />MEETING DATE: October 24, 2005 <br />TOPIC: Final Plat - Village No. 4 <br />Hartford Development, Inc. <br />BACKGROUND <br />Hartford Development, Inc. has submitted the final plat for Village No. 4, which encompasses <br />Outlots A, and E of Village No. 3. The submitted plat depicts 7 lots and three outlots. <br />Block 1 will consist of four lots. Lot 1 is intended for the apartment/retail building, and Lot 4 is <br />intended for the hotel (both buildings are a part of this agenda). Lot 2 and 3 (and Outlot A) are <br />intended for future buildings. <br />Block 2 will consist of three lots. Lot 1 is intended for the shared parking area, Lot 2 is intended <br />for Betty's Pies, and lot 3 is intended for a future user. Two outlots are included that will also be <br />for future uses. <br />The title commitment for the property and final plat were forwarded to the City Attorney for <br />review and are acceptable. <br />PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD <br />The Planning and Zoning Board reviewed this project at the October 12, 2005 regular meeting, <br />recommending approval subject to the conditions included in this staff report. <br />OPTIONS. <br />1. Adopt Resolution 05 -160, approving the final plat for The Village No.4 <br />2. Return to staff with direction. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The final plat significantly conforms to the Land Use and Regulating Plans of the Lino Lakes <br />Town Center Design & Development Guide, therefore staff is recommending approval. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
