CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05 -166 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 AND PAYMENT NO. 6 (FINAL) <br />FOR THE WEST SHADOW PONDS UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the West Shadow Ponds Utility and Street <br />Improvements, including Change Order No. 2 has been completed by <br />Richard Knutson, Inc. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Payment Number 6 (Final) in the increased amount of $15,363.84 and Change <br />Order No. 2 (Compensating) is approved for a total contract amount of <br />$346,114.84. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 24th day of October, 2005. <br />Jo l f J.
