• <br />• <br />4 <br />City Council <br />- Anoka County CSAH Designation <br />December 19, 2005 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05 -206 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DESIGNATION OF COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY <br />CSAH 54 (20TH AVENUE S) <br />WHEREAS, the County Board of the County of Anoka did adopt a resolution on <br />November 22, 2005 locating, establishing, designating and numbering the County State <br />Aid Highway system of Anoka County; and <br />WHEREAS, said resolution locates and establishes certain County State Aid Highways <br />within the corporate limits of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA that the resolution adopted by the County Board, a copy of <br />which is attached hereto and made a part thereof, locating or establishing the County <br />State Aid Highway system with the City limits is in all things approved. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 19th day of December, 2005. <br />2 <br />dir <br />zerge'on, Mayor <br />
