BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br />DATE: November 22, 2005 RESOLUTION #2005 -174 <br />OFFERED BY COMMISSIONER: Berg <br />RESOLUTION REVISING THE COUNTY STATE AID <br />HIGHWAY SYSTEM <br />WHEREAS, the Anoka County Board of Commissioners has requested revisions to its State Aid <br />system through the County State Aid Highway (CSAH) Screening Board under the provisions of Minnesota <br />Law; and, <br />WHEREAS, the CSAH Screening Board has recommended revisions to the Anoka County State Aid <br />system and the addition of 22.13 miles of CSAH in the County of Anoka: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anoka County Board of Commissioners that the <br />following change to the Anoka County highway system be made: <br />1. That County Road 54 (20th Avenue S) from I -35E to CSAH 14 (Main Street) within the cities of <br />Centerville and Lino Lakes be designated as CSAH 54. The length of this segment is 2.89 miles. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above listed CSAH be established, <br />located, and designated as a CSAH of said Anoka County, subject to concurrence from the Cities of <br />Centerville and Lino Lakes and approval by the Commissioner of Transportation, State of Minnesota. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the county engineer is hereby authorized and directed to forward <br />one certified copy of this resolution to the Cities of Centerville and Lino Lakes for their consideration and <br />forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Minnesota Commissioner of Transportation for their <br />consideration, and that upon approval of the designation of said routes or portions thereof, that the same be <br />constructed, improved, and maintained as CSAHs of the County of Anoka to be numbered as indicated above. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA ) ss <br />I, John "Jay" McLinden, County <br />Administrator, Anoka County, Minnesota, hereby <br />certify that I have compared the foregoing copy of <br />the resolution of the county board of said county <br />with the original record thereof on file in the <br />Administration Office, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />as stated in the minutes of the proceedings of said <br />board at a meeting duly held on November 22, <br />2005, and that the same is a true and correct copy <br />of said original record and of the whole thereof, <br />and that said resolution was duly passed by said <br />board at said meeting. <br />Witness my hand and seal this 22nd day <br />of November 2005. <br />,12•••7917 i#11 1•44■-. <br />JOHN "JAY" McLINDEN <br />COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR <br />DISTRICT #1 — BERG <br />DISTRICT #2 — LANG <br />DISTRICT #3 — LANGFELD <br />DISTRICT #4 — KoRDIAK <br />DISTRICT #5 — LEDOUX <br />DISTRICT #6 — SIVARAJAH <br />DISTRICT #7 — ERHART <br />YES <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />NO <br />
