• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -04 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES AND AWARDING A CONTRACT — 2006 DITCH AND <br />POND CLEANING PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2006 Ditch and Pond <br />project, Quotes were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following quotes <br />were received complying with the request: <br />Contractor Amount of Bid <br />Arnt Construction Company $36,404.00 <br />C.W. Houle, Inc. No Bid <br />Glen Rehbein Excavating No Bid <br />Ro -So Contracting, Inc. No Bid <br />W.B. Miller, Inc. No Bid <br />Jay Brothers, Inc. No Bid <br />Engineers Estimate $49,300.00 <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that Arnt Construction Company is the lowest responsible bidder; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Arnt <br />Construction Company, in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction of the <br />Ditch /Pond Cleaning Improvements according to the plans and specifications approved by <br />the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />2.
