City Council <br />Revoking State Aid Street <br />January 23, 2006 <br />• Council Member q- 1111-2 introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -11 <br />RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS <br />BIRCH ST (M.S.A. 210 - 112 -010) <br />WHEREAS, It appears to the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the road <br />hereinafter described as a Municipal State Aid Street under the provision of Minnesota <br />Laws; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA that the road described as follows, to -wit: <br />Birch Street from CSAH 21 (Centerville Road) to CR 54 (20th Avenue S). The <br />length of this segment is .75 miles. <br />• be, and hereby is, revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said City subject to the <br />approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for <br />his consideration. <br />ohn J.
