CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -23 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />THE 2006 OVERLAY PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to patch the existing street, and place a bituminous wearing course <br />over the entire surface on recommended segments, and <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to finance the project using the 2006 budget allocated for street <br />repair. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City Engineer is designated as the engineer for this improvement and he is directed to <br />prepare plans and specifications for the 2006 Overlay Project. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of February, 2006. <br />Julian e Bartell, City Cle k <br />• <br />
